Booking Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservations up to [X] days prior to the safari or check-in date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through official Forestyway Safari contact channels.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed according to the cancellation timeline below:

  • More than 15 days before the safari date: Full refund (excluding applicable processing fees)

  • 7–15 days before the safari date: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before the safari date: No refund

No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Safari Rescheduling

  • Guests may reschedule their safari once, subject to availability, without additional charges.

  • Any further rescheduling may involve extra costs depending on availability and season.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or rescheduling requests may be considered in cases of natural calamities, park closures, or government-imposed restrictions.
Valid proof may be required for such claims.
