Booking Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservations up to [X] days prior to the safari or check-in date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through official Forestyway Safari contact channels.

More than 15 days before the safari date: Full refund (excluding applicable processing fees)
7–15 days before the safari date: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before the safari date: No refund
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Safari Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule their safari once, subject to availability, without additional charges.
Any further rescheduling may involve extra costs depending on availability and season.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or rescheduling requests may be considered in cases of natural calamities, park closures, or government-imposed restrictions.
Valid proof may be required for such claims.
